Check out the what's new page for Steven Tanzer's International Wine Cellar reviews of our 2006 vintage. We like the International Wine Cellar because
it is a straight forward critique publication taking no advertisements and not beholden to any winery.

Does James Bond Drink Pinot Noir?
This is likely not the last winery generated newsletter that is going to reference James Bond while announcing their release of their 2007 (get it?) vintage wines. Since we do sell some of our Pinot Noirs on futures it is our sincere hope that this is, at least, the first one of the kind that will no doubt beat the subject to a bloody pulp by the time everyone is done selling their 2007s. A Visit to the Homeland.
In March I had the good fortune to go visit Burgundy. For a maker and lover of Pinot Noir paying a visit to Burgundy and to some of its top producers is like a lover of baseball going to see a game at, say, Fenway Park or Wrigley Field. Even if you and your heart lie somewhere else, Oregon for instance (or with the St. Louis Cardinals for the sake of the analogy), going to the historical birthplace of one’s area of interest provides perspective. It also provides the opportunity to try some fascinating and amazing wines. There are also the issues of weight gain from the food and cheese and the frighteningly large credit card bill from the splurging and the dollar/euro ratio. Click here to read more.
The sale of 2007 Pinot Noir futures has begun!
Visit our store on the website, email us, or give us a call to order yours now and we will ship (or you can pick them up) in November when all of our 2007 Pinot Noirs are released.
There is still a little bit of 2006 Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc available.
Go to our store or call us to purchase while these wines are still available.

Basically there are two questions that every winery and grape grower needed to answer as October, 2007 marched on: Did we do the best possible job to take care of our vineyard(s) all season long so that the fruit can make it through the showers? And: Do we have the cahones to wait for our fruit to get ripe on the vine while weather conditions are...Read more
