Annual Summer BBQ: Lunch, Music & Wine

Details: Saturday August 3rd and Sunday, August 4th

$50/ticket for club members and their guests:


Please select which day you would like to join us.

Lunch will be provided both days by: BJ SMITH from TV Series: Top Chef Season 14 Executive Chef & Owner of Dolores and Kim Jong Smokehouse.

                          Menu: Lunch will be served from 12-2p.m. buffet style

Heirloom tomato salad, cucumber, red onion, soft herb vinaigrette

Mixed green salad

Candy-striped beets, grapefruit, whipped ricotta, kohlrabi, puffed wild rice, dill 

Potato salad, bacon, pickles, shallot, whole grain mustard

Cheese pierogis, caramelized onion, bacon, sour cream

Golabki, cabbage rolls, pork and beef, sweet and sour tomato sauce, sour cream, dill 

 Smoked kielbasa, sauerkraut, bacon, caraway, mustard 

 Roasted salmon, dill, condiments of beet horseradish, sour cream

                           Live Music:

Saturday, August 3rd music will be provided by Laymans Terms, a local band featuring Easy Listening hits from 1960-1980.

Sunday, August 4th music will be provided by a  Blue Grass Band known as The Filthy Skillets.

The music each day will also occur between 11:30-2:30. We will be closing at 3:00.

The highlight of this event will be the release of our 2017 Patricia Green Cellars, Patty Green Commemorative Pinot Noir. You can begin purchasing this special tribute to Patty for $62/bottle (no discount) at the event weekend. We will of course have it available to taste along with some library wines and our newly bottled 2018 Estate Vineyard, Sauvignon Blanc.
